Yes, please contact us here to see if your business/organization is eligible for a contract with us.

Can you take my parent to an event?

Absolutely, as long as the drop-off and pick-up are within our business hours.

Will my insurance cover the trip?

Medicaid/medicare customers: Medicaid and medicare have programs in place for their clients. Call the number on the back of your insurance card and they will help set up your ride with us.

Other insurance providers: Contact your insurance provider and find out if transportation is covered in your policy. If it is covered, then they will help you set up a ride.

Will you pickup clients from appointments?

Yes. Our drivers will provide a business card with a phone number you can call for a pick-up. After you call and request a pick-up, you will be picked up within the hour.

How far in advance do I need to schedule a ride?

All rides must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance to ensure we have vehicles available. We ask that clients be ready 1 hour before their appointment. Clients will receive a courtesy call informing them when their driver will arrive.

How do I cancel a trip?

All you have to do is call and let us know that you no longer need the trip. You will be fully refunded if the trip is canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. If the trip is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time, you will be charged for the A leg of the trip.
